ข้าพเจ้า (ผู้ถือบัตร) ตกลงยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ ใช้ข้อมูลของข้าพเจ้าเพื่อการให้บริการแก้ข้าพเจ้า ซึ่งรวมถึงการแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการและโอกาสอื่นๆ แก่ข้าพเจ้าทั้งที่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการของบริษัทฯ เองหรือผู้ขายสินค้าและบริการอื่นซึ่งบริษัทฯ เห็นว่าเหมาะสม และเพื่อการจัดการธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ ตลอดจนการให้บริการข้อมูลการส่งเสริมการขายและส่วนลดต่างๆ รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมอื่นใดที่จะเป็นประโยชน์แก่ข้าพเจ้า ทั้งนี้ หากข้อมูลมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้าพเจ้าจะแจ้งให้บริษัทฯ ทราบต่อไป
I, act as card holder, consent the company to use of my information for user service, which includes advising about the products, services and other opportunities of company and/or other company(s) which company deems appropriate, and to administer our business, as well as we periodically inform you about any sale promotion and/or discount and/or other which company deems useful.
